Retention of Your Personal Data

Deletion of Your Personal Data

Information may be deleted from our CRM upon request to lets@getgoing.co.id. We undertake to perform the deletion within one month (30 calendar days) and will send you a confirmation once the information has been deleted. Wherever possible, we will aim to complete the request in advance of the deadline.

According to the Facebook Apps and Websites Platform rules, we have to provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
